Urban Angles: Residential Real Estate Photography
Urban Angles photographs homes, townhomes and apartments for sale and lease campaigns across Australia. Residential photography is the core of the business: property marketing has been Urban Angles' only industry since 2001, and its photographers consider technique, composition, lighting and angle to capture imagery that sets a property apart and accentuates its unique selling features.
Base Photography
Base Photography is the signature product. It captures the best angles of the home necessary for a listing, both external and internal, and is recommended for all listings. Choose between:
- Base 2 images — external only
- Base 5 images
- Base 10 images
- Base 15 images
Additional images, dusk shoots and virtual services can be added to any Base Photography order.

Rates shown are indicative real estate figures. Rental photography runs on its own schedule — 5 images from $150, rental floor plans from $120 — set out on Photography Packages. Commercial and private-vendor engagements are priced differently and confirmed at booking. Travel is charged at $2/km beyond 30km from the CBD.
Sizing the package
The right size follows the property rather than the budget. List the spaces a buyer would ask about at an inspection, add the exterior and one hero, and that number is close to right. A two-bedroom apartment with one living space runs out of distinct rooms around five images; a four-bedroom home with indoor-outdoor living, a study and a garden does not.
Add-ons
- Dusk add-on — photography captured at twilight for a richer, moodier tone. Dusk photography is ideally suited to well-presented homes with great internal and external lighting.
- Proofing — adding proofing at the time of ordering means the photographer captures more angles for you to choose from online after the shoot. Recommended for any 10+ image package. If proofing is not selected, the photographer selects their preferred shots.
- Virtual dusk — a twilight image created in post-production from any external daytime photograph, at a more economical price than a dusk shoot.
- Virtual styling — digital furnishing for vacant properties, drawn from an extensive library of modern furniture and interior enhancements.
- Extra images — priced per image.
Turnaround
Standard delivery is the next business day after the appointment, or the next business day after selections are received if proofing was ordered. Proofs arrive by 10am the next business day via an email link into DREAM, where you can view, select and mark up images with specific retouching notes. Express and Super X options deliver even faster when a campaign is going live sooner.
All retouching is handled by Urban Angles' in-house post-production team — from tonal adjustment through to full scene reconstruction — which is what makes next-business-day turnaround possible at consistent quality.
Where it's available
All inner and outer suburbs of Melbourne (no travel fee), Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and Adelaide. Mornington Peninsula, the Geelong coast, regional Victoria and everywhere else in Australia are serviced with a travel fee added.

Existing account holders order through DREAM, Urban Angles' online ordering, booking and delivery platform, where every product is set up and categorised by service. Once Base Photography is selected, drone, floor plans and video are offered at reduced rates. New clients can enquire online or call 1300 144 255 (8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Friday).
