Urban Angles: Virtual Reality 360 & Matterport Walkthroughs
A virtual tour lets a buyer move through a property from anywhere — room to room, level to level — with hotspots surfacing detail at exactly the points that matter. Urban Angles delivers tours on iGUIDE — now the standard residential virtual tour product — and on Matterport, which remains available.
What a virtual tour delivers
- Full navigable coverage of the property's interior
- Hotspots highlighting features, finishes and specifications within the walkthrough
- A shareable experience that works in the browser — no app required for buyers
- An always-open inspection that qualifies buyers before they attend in person
Where tours earn their keep
- Interstate, overseas and time-poor buyers — inspect thoroughly without attending
- Display homes — a design remains explorable online even for buyers nowhere near the village
- Commercial space — tenants and investors walk floorplates remotely before shortlisting
- Rental campaigns — reduce inspection load by letting applicants tour first
Indicative pricing

The iGUIDE tour is a full internal scan of the property (external areas are not captured) and is the tour ordered on most residential listings. Matterport tours are priced by the number of storeys. Rates shown are indicative real estate figures; commercial floorplates are quoted separately by floor area. Confirmed at booking.
Preparing a property for a tour
A tour captures everything, in every direction, with nowhere to crop. That makes presentation matter more than it does for photography, not less: every room being toured has to be tidy at the same time, doors set consistently open or closed, and personal items away throughout rather than just in the hero rooms. Anything the camera can see, the buyer can walk to.
Tour or video?
A virtual tour is buyer-controlled — they go where they want, at their own pace, and stay as long as they like. A video is agent-controlled — it makes an argument in a fixed order and a fixed length, and it works in a feed where a tour does not. Prestige campaigns commonly run both: the video to attract attention, the tour to convert the serious enquiry.
Turnaround
